These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Soloable (the "Service"). In these Terms, "Soloable," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Soloable and the Soloable service.
By accessing or using Soloable, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share information.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Soloable.
You are responsible for your account, workspace, connected services, team members you invite, and all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You may not share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account or workspace by contacting support@soloable.app.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, security risk, legal risk, or a violation of these Terms.
2. Service Description
Soloable is an AI-powered workspace where founders work with role-based AI executives, such as CMO, CTO, CPO, CFO, CIO, CRO, or similar roles, with human oversight.
Depending on your plan and enabled features, the Service may allow you to:
- Analyze company context, business information, and user-provided materials.
- Generate plans, documents, tasks, recommendations, research, summaries, and workflows.
- Track work in features such as Task Ground, Library, chat, voice meetings, and related workspace tools.
- Conduct research using public web data, search tools, and information you provide.
- Connect to third-party accounts you authorize, such as X, Google Calendar, or other supported platforms.
- Read data from connected accounts or perform actions you configure.
- Schedule, draft, or publish content through connected accounts when you enable those features.
- Provide AI voice onboarding, AI voice meetings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries.
- Send operational emails related to authentication, billing, trials, account activity, and product use.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs, monitoring connected account activity, managing permissions, and deciding whether and how to use any AI-generated content or recommendations.
Soloable is not a law firm, financial advisor, tax advisor, medical provider, employment advisor, investment advisor, or regulated fiduciary. Do not rely on the Service as your sole source for legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, regulatory, or other professional decisions.
3. Human Oversight
Soloable is designed to assist founders and teams, not replace human judgment.
You are responsible for:
- Reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
- Reviewing content before publishing or distributing it.
- Verifying facts, claims, calculations, recommendations, and research.
- Monitoring actions taken through connected accounts.
- Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable law, platform policies, and third-party terms.
- Maintaining appropriate human oversight for high-impact or sensitive decisions.
You should not use Soloable as the sole decision-maker in high-risk contexts, including legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, credit, education, insurance, criminal justice, public safety, or similarly sensitive decisions.
4. Connected Accounts and Authorization
Soloable may allow you to connect third-party services through OAuth, API keys, access tokens, or similar methods.
When you connect a third-party service, you authorize Soloable to access, process, and use that connection as needed to provide the features you enable. This may include reading data, generating drafts, creating tasks, scheduling actions, publishing content, or performing other configured actions through the connected service.
You are responsible for:
- The permissions you grant.
- The third-party accounts you connect.
- Compliance with third-party platform terms.
- Content or actions published through connected accounts.
- Reviewing scheduled or automated activity.
- Disconnecting integrations you no longer want to use.
Soloable is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, suspensions, account restrictions, takedowns, lost reach, platform penalties, policy changes, rate limits, or other consequences related to third-party platforms.
Disconnecting an integration stops new access to that service, but previously processed data may remain in your workspace, logs, backups, or records according to our Privacy Policy and retention practices.
5. Scheduled and Automated Operations
Some Soloable features may run on automated schedules or without per-execution approval after you enable or configure them.
These may include:
- Scheduled social posts.
- Draft generation.
- Report generation.
- Research tasks.
- Workflow reminders.
- Trial reminders.
- Billing notices.
- Subscription enforcement.
- Agent follow-ups.
- Calendar-related actions.
- Other user-configured or system-configured operations.
By enabling scheduled or automated features, you authorize Soloable to perform the related operations.
You are responsible for reviewing scheduled content before it goes live where the product provides editing or approval controls. You may disable features, disconnect integrations, or change settings to stop related scheduled operations.
We do not guarantee that scheduled operations will occur at an exact time or without error. Scheduled operations may fail, be delayed, or be skipped due to outages, third-party platform issues, rate limits, configuration errors, account restrictions, or other factors.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Soloable to:
- Violate any law, regulation, third-party right, or platform policy.
- Bypass platform restrictions, access controls, security systems, or rate limits.
- Send spam, phishing, scams, or abusive automation.
- Perform unauthorized scraping of protected systems or private services.
- Upload malware, malicious code, viruses, or harmful files.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or networks.
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service.
- Use the Service to create deceptive, misleading, impersonating, fraudulent, or harmful content.
- Use AI-generated content to misrepresent identity, affiliation, authority, endorsements, or business results.
- Publish content through connected accounts that violates law or applicable platform policies.
- Use the Service in high-risk contexts without qualified human oversight.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the Service except as permitted by these Terms.
- Circumvent usage limits, plan limits, billing systems, or access controls.
- Use the Service to develop or improve a competing product using non-public aspects of Soloable.
- Upload or process content you do not have the right to use.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or harm others.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates legal, security, abuse, operational, or reputational risk.
7. Plan Limits and Fair Use
Plans may include limits on usage, features, seats, workspaces, storage, AI messages, voice minutes, integrations, research requests, scheduled tasks, files, agents, workflows, or other functionality.
We may enforce, update, or introduce reasonable limits to protect service reliability, prevent abuse, manage costs, or preserve fair access for users.
If your usage is unusually high, abusive, harmful, or disruptive, we may limit, throttle, suspend, or require you to upgrade your plan.

8. Billing, Trials, and Refunds
Paid plans are billed through Stripe and may include recurring subscriptions, trials, usage-based charges, or other billing models described at checkout.
By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and charges.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout:
- Cancellations apply at the end of the active billing period.
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Trial terms, billing dates, and renewal terms are shown at signup or checkout.
- Pricing, plan limits, and billing terms shown at checkout control for that purchase.
- We may update pricing or packaging prospectively.
Certain product lines, such as Soloable CMO or other specialized offerings, may have separate billing scopes, plan limits, or checkout terms described at signup.
If payment fails or your account becomes past due, we may suspend, limit, or terminate access to paid features until amounts are paid.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or government charges associated with your purchase, except taxes based on our income.
9. Beta, Preview, and Experimental Features
Some features may be released as beta, preview, experimental, early-access, or limited-availability features.
These features may be incomplete, unstable, limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. They may produce inaccurate outputs, fail unexpectedly, or have different support, security, retention, or availability characteristics than generally available features.
Beta and experimental features are provided "as is" and may be subject to additional terms or limitations.
10. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit parts of the Service at any time, including features, integrations, AI roles, workflows, pricing, usage limits, availability, or supported third-party platforms.
We may also update the Service to improve reliability, security, compliance, performance, or user experience.
We are not liable for changes to the Service or for the unavailability of any feature, integration, provider, model, workflow, or third-party platform.
11. Ownership and Licenses
You retain ownership of content you provide to Soloable, including uploaded files, messages, company information, workspace materials, and other user content.
As between you and Soloable, you also own outputs generated specifically for your use, subject to applicable law, these Terms, and any third-party provider terms.
Soloable retains ownership of the Service, platform, software, design, infrastructure, orchestration, workflows, prompts, templates, agent configurations, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, and underlying technology.
You grant Soloable a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and use your content solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and authority needed to provide content to Soloable and authorize us to process it.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service or underlying technology except as allowed by law or expressly permitted by us.
12. AI-Generated Content
Soloable uses third-party AI models and services to generate text, plans, summaries, recommendations, research, voice responses, and other content.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your intended use. AI systems may produce incorrect facts, flawed reasoning, unsupported claims, or biased outputs.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving AI-generated content before using, publishing, distributing, or relying on it.
AI outputs are for informational and operational assistance only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, investment, regulatory, or other professional advice.
Your use of AI-generated outputs may also be subject to the terms and policies of applicable third-party model providers.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be unique, protectable, non-infringing, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.
13. AI Data Use
Soloable may send prompts, messages, files, workspace context, tool context, transcripts, outputs, and metadata to third-party AI model and voice providers as needed to provide AI features.
We do not use your private workspace content, uploaded files, integration data, voice transcripts, or messages to train third-party AI or voice models. We do not provide your data to AI or voice providers for model training purposes. Your data is processed only to deliver the Service to you.
Our data practices are described further in our Privacy Policy.
14. Team Access and Workspaces
Multiple users may belong to the same company workspace.
The account owner or workspace administrator is responsible for:
- Inviting and removing team members.
- Assigning permissions.
- Managing access controls.
- Monitoring team activity.
- Ensuring team members comply with these Terms.
- Removing access when a team member no longer needs it.
Soloable is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from failure to manage team permissions, shared credentials, compromised accounts, or failure to remove team members.
Content created, uploaded, or generated within a workspace may be visible to other authorized workspace members depending on their permissions.
15. Privacy and Communications
Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
By using Soloable, you consent to receive service communications related to authentication, account activity, billing, trials, subscriptions, security, operations, and product use.
You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails where unsubscribe options are provided. You may not opt out of essential service, security, legal, or billing communications while maintaining an active account.
16. Cookies and Tracking
Soloable uses cookies and similar technologies for security, authentication, core functionality, preferences, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and product analytics.
This may include session cookies and identifiers used by analytics providers, such as Amplitude, to understand how the Service is used.
By continuing to use Soloable, you acknowledge this cookie usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but disabling required cookies may affect core product functionality.
For more information about how cookie-related data is collected and used, see the Privacy Policy.
17. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including hosting providers, databases, payment processors, AI model providers, voice providers, email providers, analytics providers, search providers, and connected platforms.
Third-party services are not controlled by Soloable and may be governed by their own terms, policies, limitations, and availability.
We are not responsible for third-party services, including their security, availability, outputs, errors, data practices, pricing, policy changes, or account actions.
18. Intellectual Property Complaints

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
You and Soloable consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
